Develop your creativity through playful and challenging drawing exercises. Explore drawing as a creative process of fun and discovery - it’s not about the final result or about drawing “properly”! Through individual and group activities, we will explore a number drawing exercises where the drawing elements will be limited to only straight lines, curvy lines, circles, squares, one continuous line, drawing to music, and more.
Florencia Caiazza (Buenos Aires, 1982) studied at Regina Pacis School of Arts (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and at Torcuato Di Tella University (Program for Artists). She was awarded the Young Artist’s Kenneth Kemble Grant (Buenos Aires, 2017), 1st Prize at CALL XVIII (Luis Adelantado Valencia Gallery, 201, Spain), 2nd Prize at Fundación Williams Sculpture Contest (Buenos Aires, 2015). Her work was shown at Gas Natural Fenosa Contemporary Museum of Art (Galicia,Spain), HfBK Dresden (Dresden Academy of Arts, Germany), Recoleta Cultural Center (Buenos Aires), A Gentil Carioca Gallery (Río de Janeiro, Brazil) and Luis Adelantado Valencia Gallery (Spain). She was part of the Residency Programs at ESPOSITIVO Madrid (2017), MAC Museum (Galicia, Spain 2016), Achterhaus Ateliers (Hamburg, 2016), German-Argentinian project “Villa Panadería Dorada” (Dusseldorf, 2016).
