Talks + Events

Gain an insight into the artistic practices at TBG+S, get behind the scenes, explore our exhibitions, meet artists and learn something new.

The defining combination of Gallery and artist studio complex at Temple Bar Gallery + Studios (TBG+S) creates a dynamic environment to engage with art in Dublin City Centre. Artist talks, exhibition tours, artist-led workshops, performances, and screenings offer multiple ways to explore and create contemporary art.

Exhibitions are explored through bespoke programmes created in collaboration with exhibiting artists. Events associated with exhibitions can be found on the What's On or Exhibitions pages. Making Connections is an event programme which is designed for those who are new to, or curious about, contemporary art. Artist to Artist creates and facilitates peer-learning opportunities for new, emerging and established artists, building connections within the artistic community. Dublin Art Book Fair takes place annually over ten days. It is a centre for the artist book and offers an extensive programme of events alongside a wide selection of artist books to view and purchase.

Bespoke exhibition tours can be arranged for school groups, new communities and individuals with specific needs, including quiet-time exhibition viewing. Learning + Public Engagement programmes are inclusive and open to all.

If you would like to arrange a bespoke visit please contact orla@templebargallery.com or call +353 1 671 0073.
