Workshop: Sensing Cyanotypes

10 July 2022, 1.30pm - 2.30pm

Join artist Lynda Devenney and use cyanotype to make fern prints.

Try your hand at using the photographic printing method Cyanotype. Lynda Devenney has been researching ferns and plant life as part of her art practice. Explore this topic with her using local fern life to make prints and weave together narratives revisiting our relationship with plants and our environments.

Lynda Devenney’s practice incorporates moving image, sculptural objects, sound and performance to explore the human body as an interface between space, objects and movement. She is a lecturer at IADT and NFS and completed a PhD in the School of Fine Art at Glasgow School of Art.

This workshop for adults takes place as part of the Summer School, from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 July, 11am -– 5pm. Click here for more information and events.
