Launch: Sabr Tooth Tiger Magazine, Issue no. 2

Join Madeline Blair, founding editor of Sabr Tooth Tiger Magazine, for the Dublin launch of Issue no. 2: Mystics & Saints. The launch features readings, an open mic, and music performance by Dublin musician Seán Walsh of Bloom band. This issue includes poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, and visual art from Irish and international contributors. Ireland-based contributors include Jer Hayes (Co. Dublin), Lisa Perkins (Co. Dublin), Martina McAteer (Co. Wexford), Daithí Kearney (Co. Louth), Cat Brogan (Omagh), Kara Barlow (Belfast). See full list of contributors here.

Sabr Tooth Tiger Magazine is an independent literary magazine based between Chicago and Dublin, aiming to showcase poetry, prose, and art from emerging and established creatives worldwide. The publication seeks to unearth the beauty of patience (sabr), the pulse of the body (tooth) and the courage of the spirit (tiger) in search of bridging between the animal and the divine.

This event is supported by Freespace at Temple Bar Gallery + Studios. Freespace creates opportunities for artists to access space in the city for peer learning, artist exchanges, project development and presentations.
