TBG+S/HIAP International Residency Exchange
The TBG+S/HIAP International Residency Exchange supports Irish artists and artists based in Ireland to spend three months in residency at HIAP - Helsinki International Artist Programme, in a live/work studio on the island of Suomenlinna, Helsinki. The exchange also supports Finnish artists to live in Dublin and work from a studio at Temple Bar Gallery + Studios.
Since the partnership began in 2007, TBG+S and HIAP have supported over twenty artists and curators from Ireland and Finland. Now a well-established opportunity, the TBG+S/HIAP International Residency Exchange fosters opportunities for artists to gain experience, build networks internationally, engage in an interdisciplinary dialogue with the HIAP community, research and make work in a new context.
The TBG+S/HIAP International Residency Exchange is supported by the Finnish Institute in the UK and Ireland.
