The awarded artist will have access to live/work studios on the island of Suomenlinna, Helsinki. HIAP Suomenlinna atelier apartments are approx. 80 sqm each, furnished, and divided into a working space downstairs and a separate living space consisting of a sleeping area, bathroom, kitchenette, and a loft upstairs.

Temple Bar Gallery + Studios (TBG+S) and International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) invite applications for a funded residency in New York. The ISCP Residency supports visual artists based in Ireland and Irish artists living abroad to spend three months in residence at ISCP from 1 September–30 November 2025. Housed in a former factory in Brooklyn, with 35 light-filled work studios and two galleries, ISCP is New York’s most comprehensive international visual arts residency programme.
The residency includes 24-hour access to a private furnished studio space; studio visits from visiting critics and art world professionals; field trips to museums, galleries and other cultural venues; participation in artist talks and ISCP’s Open Studios event; and supports living and materials expenses. This is an opportunity to live and work in New York City and meet international artists and curators.
This residency is particularly suited to artists who have an established track record within their practice and would benefit from time to research, reflect, explore and network in a major city outside of Ireland. It is ideally suited to artists eager and ready to discuss and present their work with professional peers in an international studio setting. Artists who have confidence in their practice, and who are prepared to grasp this opportunity are encouraged to apply.
Residents become part of a growing network of international artists and curators who are ISCP alumni. An ISCP residency has often led to critical advancement in the practice of the artist and curators in residence.
The International Studio & Curatorial Program Residency, New York is made possible with support from The Arts Council.
