Temple Bar Gallery + Studios announces Dr Kathleen James-Chakraborty as guest curator for Dublin Art Book Fair 2019
We are delighted to announce Dr Kathleen James-Chakraborty, historian of early modern and modern architecture and Professor of Art History at UCD, as the curator for this year’s Dublin Art Book Fair.
Her theme, Art & Architecture: Learning from the Bauhaus, brings together an impressive programme of events with international speakers including Martin Stierli, Chief Curator of Architecture and Design at MOMA, NY and Grant Watson from the Royal College of Art, London.
Dublin Art Book Fair 2019 takes place for the new extended time of ten days this year from 21 November to 1 December at Temple Bar Gallery + Studios. As a platform books on art, architecture, design, visual culture, philosophy and select literature, DABF is also a centre for the Artist Book.
