Happy Christmas from Temple Bar Gallery + Studios
Happy Christmas from Temple Bar Gallery + Studios to our studio artists, the artists we work with, our visitors, collaborators, partners, friends, and supporters.
Temple Bar Gallery + Studios (TBG+S), alongside partners Henry J Lyons, are honoured to receive The Irish Times Long Term Partnership Award for Dublin Art Book Fair (DABF) at the Business to Arts Awards 2025.
TBG+S would like to thank partners Henry J Lyons for their commitment to supporting DABF since 2017 and recognise how their support has allowed the Fair to flourish. Each year, the partnership has allowed DBAF to grow in ambition, platform hundreds of artists and independent publishers and expand the programme of talks, workshops and events, making the ten-day Fair a celebration of wide-ranging creative practices and a deeply rich and anticipated experience for a growing audience. In addition, DABF invites a diverse roster of guest curators annually who each bring a fresh perspective through a chosen theme.
TBG+S would also like to thank The Irish Times for their sponsorship of the award, and to Business to Arts for hosting such a successful evening that recognised important and valuable projects across the arts sector, the arts organisations and their corporate sponsors. And thank you to Dublin UNESCO City of Literature who have given generous support to DABF since 2021.
TBG+S was delighted to be nominated for The Major Arts Partnership Award with Dublin Port Company for their invaluable and in-depth support of the exhibitions by Yuri Pattison and Liliane Puthod, Longest Way Round, Shortest Way Home in Summer 2024.
A special congratulations to TBG+S Studio Artist Manar Mervat Al Shouha who was awarded the Jim McNaughton/TileStyle Artist’s Bursary and a warmest congratulations to all the worthy nominees and winners.
