Temple Bar Gallery + Studios is pleased to announce five artists who have been awarded Project Studios for the year 2017. TBG+S is delighted to welcome all five artists and looks forward to supporting them to make ambitious new work in 2017.
Four Project Studios were awarded to Marcel Vidal, Vanessa Daws, Kathy Tynan and AKVK_TW (Tanad Williams and Andreas Kindler von Knobloch). These five artists will begin their tenancy at TBG+S in December 2016 and in January 2017, and will maintain their studios for 12 months.
The new artist members were awarded their studios by a selection panel, following an open submission application process which took place in October 2016.
This year, the selection panel for studio membership consisted of Mary Cremin (Programme Curator, TBG+S), Clíodhna Shaffrey (Director, TBG+S), Anne Kelly (Finance Manager, TBG+S), Ronan McCrea and Susan MacWilliam.

Temple Bar Gallery + Studios is delighted to announce this year's programme for Dublin Art Book Fair. It includes Guest Curator Nathan O'Donnell's programme of talks, alongside a wider programme of book launches, workshops, panel discussions, and tours.
Joanne Reid is the third artist to receive the award following its establishment in memory of Paul Robinson in 2024 to support an emerging artist of talent and promise in developing their practice.
