Irish Diaspora and the World of Window Display: The international impact of Irish men and women in the early days of window display professionalism

09 September 2021, 6.30pm

Kerry Meakin will deliver a talk on the impact of the Irish diaspora on the international world of display from 1900-1935.

Her talk is inspired by Lucy McKenzie’s interest in the window display, as demonstrated in the recent collaborative projects with Atelier E.B.

Kerry Meakin is the Programme Chair of the BA Visual Merchandising & Display at the Technological University Dublin. She is also a PhD Candidate at the Modern Interiors Research Centre at Kingston University, London.

This is a live online Zoom event, booking essential.
