Temple Bar Gallery + Studios announces the Recent Graduate Residency Artist 2026
Temple Bar Gallery + Studios (TBG+S) is pleased to announce Aoife Ní Dhuinn as the recipient of the TBG+S Recent Graduate Residency Award in 2026.
Creative Generations, our arts-in-education programme which brings high-quality visual arts education to children in Dublin City schools, is featured on RTE2's news2day.
TBG+S artist Celina Muldoon was artist-in-residence at St. Vincent's Girls' National School for eight weeks during October and November 2019. The residency included introductions to contemporary art and Celina’s practice, with a visit to the gallery and artists’ studios at Temple Bar Gallery + Studios. Celina worked with fifth class pupils on a collaborative project themed around biodiversity, inspired by a visit to Bull Island with biodiversity expert Hannah Hamilton. Over six workshops the pupils created wearable sculptures which resulted in an ambitious live performance on the streets around their school.
Creative Generations is led by Arts Education Curator Jean Mann and generously funded by Central Bank of Ireland.
Watch the children take centre stage on Irish children's TV news programme, news2day, on RTE2 with presenter Aisling Moloney.
