Internship- applications now open

Temple Bar Gallery + Studios is currently accepting applications for one internship. 

This is a part-time six-month internship, with the intern working three days per week with the administrative team at Temple Bar Gallery + Studios. Our Internship programme is designed to extend graduates' and post-graduates' practical knowledge and understanding of how a visual art organisation functions. Generally, our interns are graduates of fine art, art history or related degree programmes or arts management post-graduate programmes who want to pursue a career in arts administration, management and/or visual arts curating.

Our interns are highly valued members of our small team and there is great scope to get involved with a variety of activities such as assisting with general administration, fundraising and development, arts programming, education, outreach, studios, marketing and events.  We are seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team to assist us and to learn about running a busy arts organisation.  The successful candidate will need to be fully committed to the internship for the full duration of the 6 months, 3 days per week.

Please note that the internship is unpaid. 

Deadline for applications is Monday 12th November 2012. Interviews will take place on Wed 21st November and the successful applicant should expect to begin the internship on Tuesday 27th November.
