Internship programme

Our internship programme is designed to extend graduates' and post-graduates' practical knowledge and understanding of how a visual art organisation functions. Generally, our interns are graduates of fine art, art history or related degree programmes or arts management post-graduate programmes who want to pursue a career in arts administration, management and/or visual arts curating.

Our interns are highly valued members of our small team and there is great scope to get involved with a variety of activities such as assisting with general administration, fundraising and development, arts programming, education, outreach, studios, marketing and events.

We seek highly-motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team to assist us and to learn about running a busy arts organisation.  Candidates need to be fully committed to the internship for the full duration of six months.

Please note that internships at TBG+S are unpaid.
